☆School Trip☆

Today we went to the Cup Noodle museum.

横浜のカップヌードミュージアムに遠足に行ってきました！

★集合とルール・スケジュールの確認★

9時に新丸子駅に集合。

遠足のスケジュールとルールを確認。

In the morning, before we took the train, we went through the rules and schedule for the day.

今日は６つのお約束！

We had six rules.

The first rule was to listen carefully to the teachers.

The second rule was to stay together in our groups.

Third, we had to be nice to the people around us.

Fourth, was that if we needed help we should tell the teacher.

Fifth, we needed follow the Cup Noodle museums rules, and to wash our hands and wear our masks while we were inside.

And sixth, we shouldn’t run around or run away because it could be dangerous.

★カップヌードルミュージアムへ★

準備ができたら出発！

電車で30分。みなとみらい駅に到着。

さあ、カップヌードルミュージアムへ！

★トレージャーハンティング★

カップヌードルミュージアムでは最初にSCAVENGER HUNT（トレージャーハンティング）をしました。

In the museum we had a scavenger hunt, to find the six secret boxes, a lot of special items, and most importantly, a lot of different flavors of noodles. Everyone could find over forty different flavors!

を探したり、色々な味のカップヌードルを何個探せるかを競争しました！

40種類以上のカップヌードルを見つけたお友達もいました！

★オリジナルカップヌードル作り★

そして、いよいよオリジナルカップヌードル作り。

After we found everything, we went upstairs and made our own Cup Noodles. We designed and made our own packages, then we choose one soup, and four toppings to have in our Cup Noodle.

手を消毒。

特製カップをもらって、みんな可愛くペインティングをしました。

オリジナルカップヌードルの賞味期限は1ヵ月。今日の日付も忘れず書き込みました。

オリジナルカップができたら、今度は中身です！

まず、しょうゆ味・シーフード味・カレー味・トマト味からスープをチョイス。

続いて、お好みの具を4種類を選んで自分だけのカップヌードルが完成です。

とりさんの絵の付いたなるとが一番人気の具でした！

包装をしてもらい、素敵なバックに入れてお持ち帰りです！パパ・ママに自慢のおいしいヌードルができました。

★お買い物★

続いて、お土産屋さんでお買い物です。

Then we went shopping and walked to the park to eat lunch.

持ってきたおこづかいと相談しながら、楽しいお買い物を時間を過ごしました。

★ランチタイム★

ランチは横浜みなと博物館のちかくの講演で食べました。

おなかはぺこぺこ。ママの作ってくれたお弁当は最高！

おやつも食べて、鬼ごっこもして公園での時間も楽しく過ごしました。

★日本丸★

ランチの後は、日本丸に乗船しました。

After lunch we played tag in the park before we went on board the Nippon Maru ship and looked around.

大きな船の中は、船員さんのお部屋があったり、食堂があったり、お風呂もあったり。

船の中の生活をみんなで想像して、いろいろお話をしました！

楽しい時間はあっという間に過ぎました。

Finally we took the train back from Minatomirai station. What a busy and fun day we had!!!

3時に新丸子の駅に戻ってきて、お迎えに来てくれたパパとママに楽しかった遠足の報告です。

素敵な1日をみんなで過ごせました。

Today was great! Everyone did amazing, and used a lot of English. Some of the people in Yokohama were so impressed that somebody asked me why our students can speak English so well! They were so surprised! Everyone was super helpful to each other, and really got along with each other. It was great to see and super heartwarming. The older students helped the younger students, and the younger students helped the teachers. It was so nice. The students really wanted to do really well on the scavenger hunt, and find everything on their list. Even when they could find some things (I added a few very tricky items for them to try and find) they still tried so hard and asked for help, or tried to help each other too. It was incredible. They found everything together! Even though we were all tired at the end of the day, everyone was really happy, which is fantastic. I’m so glad everyone could come on the trip with us today, it was a really nice day!
